Regional Branch Head – Agri Drone Sales
Location: Kaushambi, Bhadohi, Bulandshahr, Mirzapur (Uttar Pradesh)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Agriculture background preferred)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven Regional Branch Head to lead Agri Drone Sales operations across assigned territories. The role involves driving business growth, expanding market reach, managing branch performance, and leading high-performing sales teams in rural and semi-urban markets.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Sales Management
- Drive Agri Drone sales and consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
- Promote Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions and advanced agricultural technologies.
- Conduct farmer engagement programs, awareness campaigns, product demonstrations, and field activities.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure effective lead conversion.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's presence in the assigned region.
Branch Leadership & Operations
- Manage overall branch performance with a focus on sales productivity and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate field sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and support functions.
- Monitor branch activities and implement best practices for operational excellence.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Track sales performance and key business metrics.
- Prepare and share MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market insights with management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or rural market sales.
- Candidates from Insurance, Agri Inputs, Tractor Sales, Farm Equipment, Microfinance, MLM, FMCG, or Rural Sales backgrounds will be preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of rural customer behavior and agricultural ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple locations and drive business growth independently.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
