Roles and Responsiblities:
- Execute high-volume sourcing and recruitment.
- Source and recruit for support functions and Dental Assistant hirings
- Utilize localized sourcing strategies, including local job portals (Apna, WorkIndia, Indeed), employee referrals and vocational training institute tie-ups.
- Conduct quick-turnaround telephonic screenings, verify basic criteria (local language proficiency, availability for clinic shifts), and coordinate walk-in interview drives.
- Ensure fast onboarding documentation (ID proofs, address verifications) and engage closely with candidates pre-joining to reduce dropout rates and improve early retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in high-volume bulk hiring, blue-collar recruitment, or retail/hospitality staffing.
- Proven ability to manage walk-in drives and source candidates using regional/local job apps and field networks.
- Strong regional language skills to interact effectively with ground-level staff. (Tamil Language is a plus)
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
