The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Speech-Language Therapist to join our Himayat Nagar branch. You'll work one-on-one and in small groups with children who have difficulties in speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing — helping them find their voice and connect with the world around them.
This is a deeply rewarding role for someone who loves working with children and wants to be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat children with speech, language, communication, and swallowing/feeding difficulties
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans tailored to each child's needs and goals
- Work with children across a range of conditions, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, articulation/phonological disorders, and language delays
- Track and document each child's progress, and adjust intervention plans accordingly
- Counsel and guide parents — sharing home strategies and updating them on their child's improvement
- Collaborate with our occupational therapists, behavioral therapists, special educators, and psychologists for holistic care
- Maintain accurate session notes and clinical records
- Help create a positive, engaging, and safe environment for every child
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP)
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) registration (required / preferred — edit as you wish)
Skills & Qualities
- Genuine warmth, patience, and love for working with children
- Strong communication skills — comfortable explaining things to both children and parents
- Knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders and evidence-based intervention techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Fluency in English and Telugu / Hindi is a strong advantage (for connecting with local families)
Experience
- Freshers with solid clinical internship experience are welcome to apply
- Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is a plus
