Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The Tender Executive will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the media sector and experience in preparing and submitting tenders that align with the company’s goals and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tender Management: Identify potential tender opportunities in the media sector, analyze tender documents, government law knowledge and assess the requirements and risks involved.
- Bid Preparation: Prepare and compile all necessary documentation for tender submissions, including technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with client specifications and deadlines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, finance, and legal) to gather relevant information and develop competitive bids.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor bids accordingly, ensuring the proposals align with client expectations and requirements.
- Proposal Presentation: Present tenders and proposals to senior management and clients, effectively communicating the benefits of the company’s offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure all tenders comply with legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.
- Post-Tender Follow-Up: Monitor and track the progress of submitted tenders, and follow up with clients to obtain feedback and address any queries.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tender activities, outcomes, and feedback for future reference and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in tender management, preferably within the media sector.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the media industry and its dynamics.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to tendering.
