Incoming Quality Inspector – PCBA (IQC)

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in PCBA Inspection / Quality Control / IQC.
- Good knowledge of IPC-A-610 solder joint acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of SMD and THT soldering processes.
- Practical knowledge of SMD/THT soldering and basic rework.
- Ability to identify common solder defects, including:
- Dry/cold solder joints
- Solder bridges
- Lifted pads
- Insufficient or excess solder
- Component misalignment
- Polarity/orientation issues
- Ability to read and understand PCB drawings, schematics, and BOM.
- Knowledge of electronic component identification, value, package, and polarity.
- Basic knowledge of multimeter usage for continuity and short testing.
- Understanding of ESD requirements and safe PCBA handling practices.
- Knowledge of inspection tools such as magnifier/microscope, Vernier Caliper, and Height Gauge.
- Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and MS Word.
- Good quality documentation and reporting skills.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
Qualification
- Diploma in ECE / EEE / Electronics
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in PCBA Inspection / Quality Control / IQC
