Role Objective
- Ensure accurate accounting operations and statutory compliance while supporting budgeting,
reporting, and finance coordination across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, day-to-day accounting entries, and ledger scrutiny.
- Handle GST compliance: tax computation, return filing, reconciliations, and related submissions.
- Manage TDS compliance: deduction, challan payments, return filing, and reconciliation of Form 26AS.
- Coordinate statutory payments and periodic filings (PF/ESI/Professional Tax, as applicable).
- Prepare and verify vouchers, invoices, purchase bills, expense claims, and supporting documentation.
- Manage bank-related activities: payments, bank reconciliation statements (BRS), and follow-ups.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, trial balance review, and audit coordination.
- Maintain and manage accounts records, statutory registers, documentation, and file management.
- Work on ERP/accounting systems for entries, reports, and data accuracy (Tally/ERP/Accounting
Software).
- Support management reporting: MIS, variance reports, and cost tracking for manufacturing
operations.
- Assist in budgeting, cashflow planning, and expense control initiatives.
- Handle personal / director accounts, reimbursements, and confidential finance coordination, when
required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances and accounting principles.
- Hands-on ERP / accounting software proficiency and strong Excel skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing accounting basics (consumption, inventory, cost heads).
- Accuracy, documentation discipline, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Professional communication and coordination abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com (CA Inter or equivalent will be an added advantage).
- Experience: 10 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in manufacturing
(steel/foundry).

- Candidate should be comfortable with end-to-end compliance, documentation, and ERP-driven
accounting in a factory environment.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
