About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage the organization's day-to-day IT operations and provide end-to-end technical support across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless user support, managing Microsoft 365 services, and maintaining the organization's IT assets while ensuring business continuity and information security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop setup, software installation, user account creation, email configuration, and device allocation.
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, user accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and password management.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, internet connectivity, and office networking infrastructure.
Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
Manage antivirus solutions, endpoint protection, software updates, and security patches.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, warranties, and AMC contracts.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, warranty claims, annual maintenance, and IT support services.
Perform regular data backups and assist in system recovery when required.
Configure and support biometric attendance devices, CCTV systems, printers, meeting room equipment, and other office IT devices.
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and documentation procedures.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email-related issues within defined timelines.
Assist in IT procurement by evaluating hardware specifications, comparing quotations, and recommending suitable solutions.
Maintain IT documentation, including asset registers, SOPs, inventory records, and user manuals.
Support IT infrastructure enhancement projects and recommend process improvements.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, user management, shared mailboxes, and distribution groups).
Good understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Experience in desktop, laptop, and peripheral troubleshooting.
Knowledge of antivirus management, endpoint security, and software deployment.
Familiarity with IT asset management and inventory control.
Basic understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple support requests while maintaining service quality.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
