Tulip Arena is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Event Manager to drive banquet, wedding, corporate event, and social event sales. The ideal candidate should have strong experience insales & marketing, excellent networking abilities, and a proven track record of generating business and increasing revenue. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events while ensuring maximum client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and increase banquet, wedding, and event sales.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, event planners, wedding planners, and local businesses.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from inquiry to completion.
- Conduct market visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping, and Operations teams for successful event execution.
- Identify new business opportunities and marketing strategies.
- Handle client negotiations and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- An MBA in Marketing is preferred.
- Graduates/Postgraduates with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in event management, sales, marketing, or hospitality business development.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
