- Plan and monitor daily fabrication production.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and BOM.
- Handle cutting, fit-up, welding, grinding and assembly activities.
- Allocate work to fabricators, welders and helpers.
- Monitor production target, quality and delivery.
- Coordinate with Quality, Stores and Purchase teams.
- Reduce material wastage, rejection and rework.
- Ensure safety and proper use of PPE.
- Prepare daily production reports.
Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
