Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executive to promote the company's pharmaceutical products and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals, retailers, stockists, and distributors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing field marketing activities, increasing brand visibility, generating business opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, pharmacies, retailers, stockists, and distributors within the assigned territory to promote the company's pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct product detailing and educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, retailers, distributors, and key customers.
- Plan and execute promotional activities, product campaigns, awareness programs, and market activation initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and provide regular market feedback to management.
- Ensure proper product visibility and availability at retail outlets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to execute territory-specific business plans.
- Maintain daily visit reports, activity reports, and expense statements.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and marketing objectives while maintaining ethical business practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Business Administration, or any graduate with relevant experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical field marketing or medical representative roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to travel may also be considered.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory effectively.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry practices.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
