Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), and sales documents.
- Coordinate with Client, Vendors, Warehouse, and customers.
- Provide basic technical support and handle product-related queries.
- Understand product specifications, datasheets, and technical documents.
- Maintain order records, MIS reports, and ERP/Excel data.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and technical requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2–5 years of experience in backend operations or sales coordination.
- Understand technical specifications, datasheets, and product catalogs. Prepare product comparisons, technical documents, and project-related information.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience in the lighting, LED, or electrical industry is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
