The Site Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day execution, supervision, and quality control of high-rise residential building construction. The role demands maintaining Varma Homes' benchmark standard for ahead-of-schedule project completion while ensuring precise adherence to structural drawings, finishing aesthetics, and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee day-to-day construction activities at the residential site, ensuring work progresses smoothly from foundational excavation and RCC structural frameworks through to the final finishing stages.
- Drawing Interpretation: Read, interpret, and accurately execute architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings provided by consultants.
- Quality Control & Assurance: Inspect materials delivered to the site and strictly monitor the quality of masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, painting, and structural works to align with premium luxury standards.
- Contractor & Workforce Coordination: Supervise and coordinate with sub-contractors, laborers, vendors, and MEP teams to ensure workflow efficiency and avoid structural conflicts.
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports (DPRs), maintain material measurement records, and monitor material consumption to prevent wastage.
- Timeline Compliance: Track project timelines systematically to maintain Varma Homes' corporate track record of delivering residential projects ahead of the committed schedule.
- Safety Standards: Ensure that the labor force follows strict construction safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and enforcing secure scaffolding practice
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
