Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, proactive, and target-oriented Marketing Executive to drive field marketing activities for our EdTech programs. The role involves institutional visits, student engagement, lead generation, presentations, and enrollment conversion, while building strong relationships with colleges and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote courses and programs.
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads through field marketing activities.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and career awareness sessions.
- Build strong relationships with students and institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned enrollment targets.
- Maintain field activity reports and provide regular updates.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in EdTech / Education Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Excellent networking, relationship management, and lead-conversion abilities.
- Strong sales and business-development mindset.
Candidates based in Calicut/Kozhikode and nearby areas will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
