Job Title: Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:
* Contact potential customers using leads provided by the company.
* Explain the company's products and services clearly over the phone.
* Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
* Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or Excel.
* Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the concerned team when required.
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali (speaking and understanding).
* Prior experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Sales will be preferred.
* Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Qualification:
* Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass). Graduation is preferred.
