We're looking for a creative, enthusiastic Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help build our brand and engage healthcare providers across Australia.
About the Role
As our Content Creator & Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, editing and publishing engaging content across all Medinex social media platforms.
You'll work closely with our leadership team to create educational, promotional and brand-building content that helps position Medinex as a leading healthcare technology company.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Design engaging social media graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create professional promotional videos and short-form reels.
- Edit product demonstrations and educational videos.
- Write compelling captions, blogs and newsletters.
- Create brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow Medinex's presence across:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- TikTok (future)
Responsibilities include:
- Content scheduling and publishing
- Community engagement and responding to comments/messages
- Content calendar planning
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Audience growth strategies
Digital Marketing
- Assist with SEO content writing.
- Create email marketing campaigns.
- Develop website content.
- Research healthcare industry trends.
- Generate ideas for marketing campaigns and product launches.
Brand Development
- Maintain consistent brand identity.
- Ensure all content reflects Medinex's professional image.
- Help create marketing campaigns for Australian healthcare providers.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Experience managing social media pages.
- Excellent written English.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Canva proficiency.
- Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar).
- Graphic design experience.
- Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Desirable
- Experience with Meta Business Suite.
- LinkedIn marketing.
- SEO knowledge.
- Google Analytics.
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, etc.).
- Healthcare or SaaS marketing experience.
- Basic photography or videography skills.
