Position: Store Supervisor
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Location: Sector-13, Rajiv Nagar, Near Water Plant, Gurgaon-122003, Haryana
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse/store operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Allocate work and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and operational records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to management.
- Resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvement.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, retail, or operations supervision.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
