MARKETING EXECUTIVE – BRAND s CAMPAIGNS
Role Overview
We are looking for high-intent, execution-focused marketing professionals who can take end-to-end ownership of brand and campaign initiatives. This role demands a data-driven, research-oriented
mindset with the ability to leverage automation tools, analytics, and market insights to drive measurable impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Own and drive marketing campaigns across digital platforms with a strong focus on brand visibility, engagement, and growth
· Plan, execute, and optimize brand-led (non-sales) marketing initiatives with a clear focus on outcomes and performance tracking
· Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis using tools and data sources to identify opportunities and gaps
· Leverage marketing automation tools (email workflows, CRM tools, campaign automation platforms) to improve efficiency and scale campaigns
· Manage and optimize media planning and media buying across channels with a performance- oriented mindset
· Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals, including website, blogs, social media, and campaign assets
· Ensure consistency, quality, and effectiveness of content across all digital touchpoints
· Drive SEO strategy (on-page s off-page) using tools and data insights to improve organic visibility
· Plan and execute social media strategy with a focus on brand building, engagement, and audience growth
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment
· Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools; generate actionable insights and continuously optimize
· Stay updated with latest marketing trends, tools, automation platforms, and best practices
KEY SKILLS s COMPETENCIES
· Strong understanding of Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, and Campaign Management
· Hands-on experience with marketing tools s automation platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, CRM tools, SEO tools, etc.)
· Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and take decisions
· Proven ability to take ownership and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
· Expertise in content strategy, content development, and storytelling
· Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing ecosystems
· Ability to conduct research-driven decision making (market trends, competitor benchmarking, tool evaluation)
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects with high accountability
WHO SHOULD APPLY
B.tech+MBA, BE, MBA (Marketing)
· 0–5 years of experience in marketing or related fields
· Freshers with strong practical knowledge, internships, or hands-on exposure to marketing tools and concepts
· Individuals with high ownership, execution drive, and learning agility
· Candidates who are data-driven, curious, and research-oriented
