About the role:
We looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive international sales, build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate high-quality leads through multiple channels and convert them into successful business opportunities.
2. Identify new business opportunities in international markets (US, UK, Australia, Canada, Europe, etc.).
3. Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions.
4. Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates in collaboration with the technical team.
5. Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, negotiations, and close deals.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
7. Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
8. Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution.
9. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in IT Business Development/International IT Sales.
2. Proven track record of acquiring and managing foreign clients.
3. Strong knowledge of IT services, including Web Development, Mobile App Development, 4. AI Solutions, CRM Development, and Digital Marketing.
5. Experience with Lead generation platforms.
6. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
7. Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
