We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities.
- Maintain office records, files, and documents.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
- Handle emails, calls, and visitor inquiries.
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Assist with reports, invoices, and documentation.
- Support management and other departments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
