We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Recruiter to join our Nursing Recruitment team. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified nursing professionals for healthcare facilities across the United States. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong recruitment expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Location- IT Park, Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare facilities.
- Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
- Knowledge of US healthcare staffing and nursing recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Eligibility:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in US Staffing, Healthcare Staffing, or Nursing Recruitment is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for RN, LPN, CNA, Travel Nurse, and allied healthcare positions.
- Familiarity with US time zones and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and credentialing processes is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
