We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to manage client relationships and assist customers in their investment journey. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, basic knowledge of financial markets, and the ability to guide customers in making informed investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with Demat and Trading Account opening procedures and documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support.
- Analyze and monitor mutual funds, stocks, and market trends to identify suitable investment opportunities.
- Guide customers in selecting appropriate investment products based on their financial goals and risk appetite.
- Coordinate with clients to address queries, resolve concerns, and provide timely assistance.
- Execute buy/sell transactions on behalf of customers as per authorized instructions and applicable regulations.
- Keep customers informed about market developments, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.

Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Prior experience in stock broking, wealth management, mutual funds, or financial services will be preferred.
Working Location: Ghatkopar West, Mumbai.
Pay: ₹11,868.46 - ₹16,000.00 per month
