As we continue to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and helping prospective students choose the right learning program.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, understanding their learning objectives, and guiding them through our course offerings. You will work closely with the marketing team to convert qualified leads into enrollments while providing an excellent customer experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales, has strong communication skills, and is motivated by achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Respond promptly to inquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, webinars, and referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Explain course features, schedules, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
- Build trust with prospective students through professional and informative conversations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to support prospective students throughout the decision-making process.
- Update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and student support teams to improve customer experience.
- Participate in promotional events, seminars, webinars, and educational campaigns when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Education Counselling, Customer Acquisition, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-up activities.
- Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, financial services, or online education.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
