Job Title: CCTV & IP Camera Support Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CCTV & IP Camera Support Engineer responsible for onsite and offsite installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV, IP camera, NVR/DVR, and network surveillance systems. The role includes conducting site surveys, designing surveillance solutions, and providing technical support to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
CCTV & IP Camera Installation
- Install, configure, and commission CCTV and IP camera systems.
- Install and configure NVR/DVR systems, recording devices, and storage solutions.
- Perform camera alignment, focusing, and testing.
- Ensure proper integration of surveillance systems with existing networks.
Site Survey & Project Implementation
- Conduct onsite surveys to assess installation requirements.
- Prepare camera layouts, cable routes, and equipment requirements.
- Recommend suitable surveillance solutions based on customer needs.
- Coordinate installation activities and project execution.
Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve CCTV, IP camera, NVR/DVR, and network-related issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of surveillance systems.
- Troubleshoot video loss, recording failures, connectivity issues, and hardware faults.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Networking & Configuration
- Configure IP cameras, NVRs, switches, routers, and Access Points.
- Assign IP addresses and perform network integration.
- Configure remote viewing, mobile applications, and cloud connectivity.
- Support wireless and wired network connectivity for surveillance systems.
Onsite & Offsite Technical Support
- Provide onsite support for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Provide remote/offsite support for camera, NVR, and network-related issues.
- Assist customers with system operation and user training.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.

Qualifications

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
