Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Follow up with customer enquiries and leads
- Explain company products and services clearly
- Maintain lead records and regular follow-ups
- Coordinate with the team for customer support and sales activities
- Convert enquiries into successful sales or registrations
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- Experience in telecalling or customer handling preferred
