We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hirings . The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, stakeholder handling experience, and the ability to achieve hiring targets within timelines while maintaining quality hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and field recruiters.
- Understand client/manpower requirements and prepare hiring strategies.
- Handle bulk hiring, volume hiring, and critical position closures.
- Coordinate with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor daily recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and joining status.
- Ensure target achievement for closures, onboarding, and retention.
- Build sourcing channels through job portals, social media, references, and field hiring.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports, trackers, and dashboards.
- Conduct recruiter performance reviews and training sessions.
- Ensure proper candidate experience and smooth onboarding process.
- Handle escalation management and recruitment process improvements.
Required Skills
