Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination:
Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, logistics, and on-site installation teams.
Ensure alignment across all stakeholders to drive project milestones.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical background.
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy or renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and installation processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
