The Sales Coordinator is primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
Essential Functions:
1. Manage travel itineraries for key executives. Prepare travel vouchers for key management executives.
2. Draft business letters for Sales & Projects organization.
3. Coordinate with Sales & Project executives for ensuring their timely update of Sales reporting software. Generate reports for sales reporting software.
4. Act as link between the sales/ projects personnel and management to keep a track of their requirements like request for meetings with key customer personnel, arrange for company merchandise and brochures.
5. Maintain a track of key management personnel about their appointments, meetings and other important commitments on monthly or weekly basis. Manage their calendars and events.
6. Take and relay messages.
Office Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Working days - Monday - Friday
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
