Role: Digital Marketing Lead
Location: Kuzhittura, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000
Experience: 4–6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage SEO & digital marketing strategies
- Handle Technical, On-page & Off-page SEO
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads
- Drive B2B lead generation and improve conversions
- Analyze website and campaign performance
- Manage content & social media marketing
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities
- Lead, mentor and manage the digital marketing team
- Coordinate with sales, design, development teams and external vendors
- Prepare performance and ROI reports
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, SEO & Lead Generation
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC and Analytics
- Experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics & Search Console
- Knowledge of WordPress/Shopify, CRO and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Experience in team handling and client/vendor coordination
- Knowledge of AI marketing tools is an added advantage
