Job Title: Travel Sales Executive
Salary Range: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month (Competitive, based on experience)

Role Overview :
We are looking for a passionate, target-driven Travel Sales Specialist with a proven ability to convert digital leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured sales environment, works closely with the marketing team, and delivers a premium consultation experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Convert leads generated through digital marketing channels — Google, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp campaigns and other online platforms
- Respond to leads professionally to maximize conversion opportunity
- Design and customize holiday packages as per the client
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and conversion targets
- Follow up proactively on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate client records and all lead interactions in CRM — mandatory and non-negotiable
- Stay updated on destination knowledge, visa requirements, and travel trends
- Upsell and cross-sell premium add-ons — upgrades, travel insurance, excursions
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Provide regular conversion reports and lead status updates to management.
Who We Are Looking For :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales or holiday package sales — non-negotiable
- Demonstrated history of high conversion rates on digital/online leads from marketing channels
- Strong knowledge of international destinations — Europe, Southeast Asia, UAE, USA, Canada, Australia, Maldives etc.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment with daily follow-up discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi a plus)
- Comfortable working on CRM tools and MS Office — prior CRM experience preferred
- Customer-first mindset with a flair for premium client servicing
