Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial Management
- Maintain and update books of accounts and financial records on a regular basis.
- Record and reconcile all income, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Manage and maintain expense ledgers and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and monitor monthly income and expenditure statements.
- Assist in the preparation of Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and financial reports.
- Track organizational cash flow and support financial planning activities.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Manage vendor payments and maintain payment schedules.
- Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments when required.
- Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Maintain records of advances, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.
Taxation & Statutory Compliance
- Assist in preparing data required for tax filings and audits.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Maintain records of statutory filings, certificates, and compliance documents.
Documentation & Filing
- Maintain organized physical and digital records of financial documents.
- Ensure proper filing of invoices, receipts, vouchers, agreements, and supporting documentation.
- Manage document retrieval for audits, inspections, and management reviews.
- Maintain financial documentation in accordance with institutional policies.
ERP & System Management
- Utilize Tally ERP for accounting entries, reconciliations, and report generation.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updating of financial records.
- Support improvements in accounting processes and financial systems.
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare management reports highlighting key financial indicators.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Provide financial data and insights to support decision-making.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding financial documentation and approvals.
- Support management during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial record keeping.

- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance management.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
