Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for large-scale BPO hiring.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Oversee a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve hiring processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process for key positions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in recruitment practices.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on bulk hiring within the BPO sector.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, managing a team of recruiters.
- Proven track record of successful large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
