Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Client Service Executive to join our branding agency. This role is ideal for freshers, MBA graduates, or candidates with prior experience in client servicing (experienced candidates will be given preference).
Client servicing is a key role in our organization, as you will be the bridge between the client and our internal creative and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements clearly and communicate them to the internal team.
Coordinate with multiple departments (Design, Marketing, Production, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of work.
Ensure the final output meets client expectations and company standards.
Attend client meetings (online and offline).
Visit clients when required to discuss projects, updates, or new requirements.
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
Handle feedback and revisions efficiently.
Requirements:
MBA / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Freshers can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects at a time.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required (other state also)
Prior experience in a branding/advertising/marketing agency will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
