We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Instructional Designer to join our growing team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing innovative learning experiences for students, teachers, and corporate professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing curriculum frameworks for; Student training programs, Teacher training initiatives, Corporate training modules, Skill development programs
- Create engaging educational content, presentations, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials
- Design brochures, training materials, program handbooks, and marketing creatives
- Support the development of interactive and modern learning experiences
- Collaborate with trainers, academic teams, and management for content planning and execution.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of instructional design and curriculum development
- Proficiency in design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, design, research, and productivity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
