Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and rectify faults in Fire Alarm Control Panels.
- Check cable continuity and identify cable faults.
- Test and commission fire alarm devices, including smoke detectors, heat detectors, manual call points, hooters, and modules.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and servicing of Fire Alarm Control Panels.
- Perform laying, termination, and testing of fire alarm cables.
- Conduct routine inspection, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems.
- Prepare service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable fire safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Preferred Skills:
- Good knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems and Fire Safety Equipment.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and fire alarm layouts.
- Basic understanding of conventional and addressable fire alarm panels.
- Experience in Fire Pumps, Fire Hydrant Systems, and Fire Extinguishers will be an added advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work independently.
