Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting, billing, and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, payment entries, and purchase documentation.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Source quotations and procure construction and interior materials.
- Negotiate with vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Issue Purchase Orders and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
- Visit vendors, suppliers, and project sites for procurement activities.
- Maintain vendor database, purchase records, and inventory documentation.
- Prepare MIS reports and support project procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Eligibility
- B.Com / BBA / BBA (Finance) / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and procurement processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally Prime (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel locally for vendor visits and material procurement.
