1️ Merchant Acquisition Identify and approach potential merchants across all business categories. Onboard new merchants to the Famto platform. Ensure proper merchant documentation and registration. Assist merchants with product/menu uploads and dashboard setup. 2️Delivery Agent Acquisition Recruit delivery agents in assigned zones. Ensure sufficient delivery agent availability during peak hours. Assist delivery agents with onboarding and app activation. 3️Lead Generation & Sales Research potential business partners and clients. Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals. Follow up with potential merchants to convert them into active partners. 4️Merchant Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with partner merchants. Provide support during onboarding and operational processes. Resolve merchant issues related to orders, payments, or dashboard usage. 5️ Order Growth Activities Implement activities to increase daily order volume. Plan and support promotional campaigns with merchants. Encourage merchants to run discounts or offers. 6️ Market Research Identify high-demand zones for merchant expansion. Monitor competitor platforms and pricing strategies. Provide insights and feedback to management. 7️ Sales Monitoring & Reporting Prepare daily sales and merchant onboarding reports. Track merchant performance and order growth. Maintain records of leads, conversions, and merchant activity. 8️ Marketing Support Assist in the creation of promotional campaigns. Support digital marketing initiatives. Coordinate with marketing teams for merchant promotions. 9️ Customer Engagement Build connections with customers to increase retention. Support campaigns that improve customer engagement. General Responsibilities Monitor orders and ensure smooth coordination between merchants and delivery agents. Perform additional duties assigned by management to support business growth.
