We Are Hiring: Senior Full Stack Developer (PERN Stack)
Location: Bangalore (Work From Office – Mandatory Initially)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise across frontend, backend, and database systems. The ideal candidate should have solid experience working with the PERN stack and be capable of building scalable, maintainable, and performance-oriented applications.
This role requires ownership across the full application stack, including frontend architecture, backend APIs, orchestration systems, database design, and application performance optimization.
Candidates must be immediate joiners and should be available to work from Bangalore for the initial couple of months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js / Next.js, and Node.js.
- Build complex frontend workflows using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern state management libraries.
- Develop robust backend APIs, orchestration systems, and asynchronous workflows using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design efficient PostgreSQL schemas, relational data models, and optimize query performance.
- Implement caching, background jobs, and real-time systems using Redis and WebSockets.
- Architect reusable frontend and backend modules with a focus on maintainability and scalability.
- Optimize frontend rendering strategies including SSR, CSR, and hybrid rendering approaches.
- Handle large datasets, execution intelligence workflows, and operational analytics systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot cross-stack performance bottlenecks and production issues.
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows, deployment automation, and engineering best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Express.js, Node.js, React.js, and Next.js.
- Excellent understanding of TypeScript and modern frontend architecture patterns.
- Experience with state management tools like Zustand or Redux.
- Strong knowledge of REST API development and backend service architecture.
- Experience with React Query / TanStack Query for structured data-fetching workflows.
- Solid expertise in PostgreSQL schema design, indexing strategies, and query optimization.
- Experience with Prisma, Sequelize, or Drizzle ORM.
- Knowledge of Redis caching and asynchronous/background processing systems.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and system design capabilities.
- Ability to independently own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and database layers.
- Candidates should have less than 10 years of experience with strong practical exposure to production systems.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development workflows and code generation tools.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience building real-time systems using WebSockets.
- Understanding of scalable workflow orchestration systems.
- Startup or product engineering experience.
- Exposure to GitHub Actions and modern DevOps practices.
