Looking for a Commis I to join our team to manage daily operations while helping with recipe development, quality management and cost control.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assist the kitchen and team members for smooth operations
2. Execute recipes recommended by menu development team
3. Quality Control
4. Cost Control
5. Assist with recipe development
6. Problem Solving
7. Maintenance of hygiene
8. Coordinating with vendors
9. Recipe and Costing
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a kitchen.
2. Knowledge about Bengali food is necessary.
3. Understanding of product sourcing and quality.
4. A good knowledge of MS office is desired.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
