Job Title: Dispatch Executive
Job Summary
The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of finished goods to customers, distributors, and warehouses. The role ensures timely deliveries, accurate documentation, inventory control, and smooth coordination between production, warehouse, sales, and transport teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDispatch Operations
- Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods to distributors, retailers, and customers.
- Verify quantity, batch numbers, and product details before dispatch.
- Prepare dispatch schedules and coordinate vehicle loading activities.
Documentation
- Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, LR copies, and other dispatch documents.
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and shipment details.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel for stock availability.
- Monitor stock movement and update inventory records.
- Ensure proper FIFO/FEFO practices are followed where applicable.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and physical inventory verification.
Transport & Logistics Management
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics service providers.
- Track vehicle movements and delivery status.
- Resolve transportation and delivery-related issues promptly.
- Optimize dispatch routes and transportation costs where possible.
Customer & Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
- Provide dispatch status updates to customers and management.
- Handle delivery-related queries and concerns.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure proper packaging and loading practices.
- Follow safety procedures during loading and dispatch operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dispatch area.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 12th Pass may be considered with relevant experience.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or FMCG operations.
- Experience in handling dispatch documentation and inventory management preferred.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of dispatch and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of E-Way Bills, invoices, and transportation documents.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, Tally, or warehouse software.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

- On-time dispatch and delivery performance.
- Accuracy of dispatch documentation.
- Reduction in dispatch errors and customer complaints.
- Inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation.
- Transportation cost control and efficiency.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
