We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and caring Pre-School Teacher to join our team and create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Create an interactive and positive classroom environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline with warmth and empathy.
- Observe and track each child's progress and share feedback with parents.
- Prepare teaching aids, activity materials, and classroom displays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent interactions.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a degree/diploma in Early Childhood Education, NTT, Montessori, or B.Ed. (preferred).
- Prior experience in a pre-school or early years setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Creative, patient, enthusiastic, and child-friendly personality.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
