We are a fast-growing construction company executing residential and commercial projects across Kerala. We are looking for a highly active, responsible, and motivated Junior Civil Engineer to manage site operations and support project execution.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure smooth project execution
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards
- Ensure safety compliance at site
- Assist in project planning, material management, and reporting
- Handle site documentation and measurements
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Preferred) / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Willingness to travel across project sites in Kerala
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle site responsibilities independently
