Job description
We expect you to execute and optimize paid campaigns, analyze data to improve performance, manage conversion tracking and troubleshooting, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct campaign and account audits during client onboarding.
- Set up and structure accounts on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Implement standardized naming conventions for consistency.
- Develop and implement data-driven campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
- Research target audiences and platform suitability.
- Create media plans using client data, competitor insights, and industry trends.
- Launch and manage multi-platform ad campaigns with structured targeting and budgeting.
- Optimize for key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Performance Marketing Executives, providing guidance on campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and best practices.
Key Success Metrics
- Improvement in KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Efficient budget allocation across platforms.
- Increase in client retention through performance-driven strategies.
- Optimization of conversion tracking and data accuracy.
Key Skills
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Native Advertising.
- Be able to understand data visualization, or be keen to learn tools such as GA4, Looker Studio
- Strong understanding of bid strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience in conversion tracking, troubleshooting pixel/tag issues, and improving attribution models.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have managed campaigns of over 20L per month
- Can join immediately

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
