Job Purpose:
To manage the company's inventory, maintain accurate store records, ensure proper handling of materials, and coordinate the collection and delivery of materials from vendors, customers, and project sites within the city.
Key Responsibilities:Store Management
- Maintain proper inventory records for all materials, tools, equipment, and consumables.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
- Issue materials to technicians, engineers, and project teams as per approved requirements.
- Maintain stock registers, inward/outward records, and inventory reports.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and report discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of store items.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management regarding reorder requirements.
Material Collection & Transportation
- Collect materials, equipment, and documents from suppliers, transporters, and vendors within the city.
- Deliver materials to project sites, customers, and branch offices as instructed.
- Ensure safe transportation and handling of materials.
- Obtain and submit delivery acknowledgments, challans, invoices, and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors and site personnel regarding material availability and delivery schedules.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of all material movements.
- Submit daily activity reports to management.
- Ensure proper filing of purchase orders, delivery challans, gate passes, and invoices.
- Assist in preparation of stock and inventory reports.
Asset Management
- Maintain records of company-owned tools, instruments, and assets.
- Track issuance and return of tools/equipment.
- Report loss, damage, or shortages immediately.
Compliance & Discipline
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and inventory control practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of company records and inventory information.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned duties and responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate or Diploma Holder.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and documentation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel, ERP, or inventory software preferred.
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License (mandatory).
- Knowledge of local city routes and vendor locations.

Additional Responsibility
The employee shall perform any other store, logistics, inventory, procurement support, or operational activities assigned by management from time to time in the interest of the company.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
