Role Summary: Drive revenue growth by securing contracts for Residential Management Services, Operations & Maintenance, Integrated Facility Management, and Property Management across residential townships, commercial offices, IT parks, and mixed-use developments in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities : Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, pitch, and close IFMS, O&M, RMS, and PM contracts with developers, corporate clients, and residential associations/RWAs Market Mapping: Build and maintain a pipeline of key decision makers across builders, corporates, and gated communities in Hyderabad Solutioning: Understand client pain points and collaborate with operations to design tech-enabled, commercial proposals that maximize asset value Relationship Management: Leverage existing network to open doors; nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals Commercials & Negotiation: Lead tender submissions, pricing, and contract negotiations to ensure profitable growth Brand Positioning: Represent UPSPL in industry forums, RWA meetings, and developer events to strengthen market presence Preferred Background: We’re looking for young, hungry professionals with 3-7 years of experience in: Property Management service companies Gate management/proptech app companies IFMS companies Security/housekeeping agencies serving built environment Must-Have Skills : Strong connects with corporates, developers, and residential associations in Hyderabad Proven track record of B2B contract closure in real estate/facility services Understanding of SLAs, scope matrices, and commercial models in IFMS/PM Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-starter with ability to work independently and meet revenue targets Why UPSPL Join a growth-focused platform to lead asset enhancement solutions for marquee residential and commercial properties.
