Role Overview:
As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Your focus will be on generating high-quality leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing return on investment through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Manage campaign tracking using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics
- Execute Email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, AiSensy, or Wati
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Analyze campaign metrics, audience behavior, ROI, and conversion performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Experience with Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics
- Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation tools
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to independently manage, optimize, and scale digital campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred educational background in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field
