- Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end delivery operations and ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Supervise delivery executives/fleet teams and monitor daily performance
- Track KPIs such as order delivery time, delay percentage, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Handle fleet-related issues including payouts, incentives, attendance, and compliance
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, customer support, and business operations teams
- Analyze operational data and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure onboarding, training, and performance management of delivery partners.
- Monitor shift planning, manpower allocation, and zone-wise delivery performance.
- Resolve escalations and operational challenges in a timely manner.
- Maintain SOPs and ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred)
- 4–6 years of experience in delivery operations, logistics, or fleet management
- Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, or logistics industry preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced and target-driven environments
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
