- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within defined timelines.
- Maintain a high level of product/service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Record, track, and document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Support onboarding and guide customers on company services and processes.
- Meet response time and service quality standards set by the organization.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and support metrics.
