COUNTER SALES ASSOCIATE / BAKERY SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented Counter Sales Associates to manage bakery and retail sales operations. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and the ability to engage customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain menu items, bakery products, combos, and special offers.
- Promote cakes, biscuits, snacks, sweets, and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and confirm details before billing.
- Generate bills using POS/Billing systems.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and wallet transactions responsibly.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of the counter area.
- Monitor product availability and coordinate with kitchen/store teams.
- Arrange takeaway boxes, tissues, cutlery, and promotional materials.
- Collect customer feedback and report important points to management.
Qualification
- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Experience in Food Service, Bakery, Retail, or FMCG preferred.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
