Job Opening – Sourcing Executive
Location: nidamanuru, Vijayawada
Salary: ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for Picker & Packer positions.
- Meet manpower requirements within the required timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Complete joining formalities and collect employee documents.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely manpower deployment.
- Monitor employee attendance and address day-to-day employee concerns.
- Submit daily recruitment and manpower reports to the Head Office.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manpower sourcing or recruitment.
- Experience using job portals and other recruitment platforms.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Degree.
