Opening for Mac Support Engineer
Experience:- 3 Years+

Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support for macOS devices, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
* Install, configure, and maintain Apple Mac systems, applications, and peripherals.
* Manage macOS updates, patches, and security configurations.
* Support Apple services such as iCloud, Apple ID, and device synchronization.
* Configure and troubleshoot email, VPN, Wi-Fi, printers, and collaboration tools on Mac devices.
* Handle user onboarding/offboarding, including device setup and account configuration.
* Maintain asset inventory and documentation for Mac devices.
* Support MDM tools for device provisioning and management.
* Troubleshoot performance issues, application crashes, and OS errors.
* Coordinate with vendors or internal IT teams for hardware repairs and ensure IT security compliance.
Excellent English Communication Skills required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,212.88 - ₹38,454.63 per month
